Village of La Costa
La Costa is a small village belonging to the municipality of Tinajo. In the Canary Islands, the term coast is not only the
"seashore and land that is close to it," as defined by the DRAE, ie, the line of the coast, but the strip of land near the sea.And sometimes this "fringe" land juts several miles, to the lands of mediocrities. It is therefore an extensive toponym, territorial and nonpoint.

Population of La Costa is right of 607 inhabitants (1 January 2010)
