Vegetable broth
Ingredients for one liter
140 gr. carrots, 140 gr. celery, 140 gr. onion, 140 gr. fresh pumpkin, 140 gr. leek, 140 gr. tomato,
1.5 liters of water, 3 gr. Coarse salt, 1 gr. pepper.
Preparation
To prepare this kind of broth, start chopping the vegetables into small pieces (brunoise) and rehogándola in oil. Once you made some color, add the water and coceremos about 40 minutes. When done, add salt and pepper if needed.
Then strain and will only use or refrigerate or freeze.
You can store vegetables if you want to prepare a vegetable soup.
