The Market
La Villa de Teguise, every Sunday becomes a market where you can buy pottery, artisan bread,
goat cheese and ocarinas, all animated with folk groups from the island with their festive costumes, sing songs and traditional dances.
 Market days loiter in the narrow streets of Teguise is an experience and enjoy an aperitif in some of their food stalls. The music, in many corners of the market, in some cases, accompanied by folk dances of Lanzarote.
Teguise has two very different faces, so it must be visited a typical day and other day of flea market on Sunday. In days of market, the Teguise village transformed into a multicultural, multicolored, but always keeping these roots that make it so authentic.
There are post for everything. From food, clothing and footwear, to craft, both native and foreign, there are some very interesting things.
