Strawberry jam
Ingredients
Ripe strawberries 1 kg, 600 gr. sugar
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cleaned and chopped strawberries
with sugar, alternating layers (begin and end with sugar). Let stand for 24 hours. Drain the strawberries and pour the sugary liquid into a saucepan. Boil 10-15 minutes, catch thread point.
Away from the heat and introduces strawberries. Let sit another 24 hours. Remove the strawberries and again boil the syrup for 5 minutes. Add strawberries and boil again 3 minutes. Remove the foam to occur throughout processing. Finally, let cool.
