 Stew peas
Ingredients for 4 people
250 gr. peas, 240 gr. potato, 150 gr. salted ribs,  30 gr. Pig's trotters, 20 gr. bacon, 50 gr. loin meat neck,
30 gr. onion, 10 gr. garlic,  2 Bay leaves,  3 cl. Olive oil,  2 GR. salt, 20 gr. zucchini, 20 gr. pumpkin, 20 gr. cabbage, 40 gr. carrots,  1 gr. sweet paprika,1/2 gr. thyme, 20 gr. tomato sauce,  20 gr. pepper.
ChicharosPreparation:
We have the peas to soak overnight with the ribs and pork trotters if salted. The next day in a pot with enough water, boil the peas with the ribs, trotters and bacon. After 10 minutes add, finely chopped, onion, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, squash, bay leaf, carrots, zucchini, paprika, thyme, oil, bondiola, potatoes and cabbage, 30 last minutes of cooking, to complete and correct for salt.
