Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients for 4 people
500 gr. Espaguetis, 200 gr. Bacón, 100 gr. Champiñones(opcional), 20 gr. Cebolla, 3 Huevos, 3 gr. Sal gorda,
1/2 gr. pimienta, 2 cl. Aceite de oliva, 20 cl. Nata líquida, 150 gr. Queso parmesano rallado.
Preparation
Boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt, drain and reserve. Then mix in a slingshot, eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
In a pan with oil gilded onion very finely chopped, once gold is added, mushrooms bacon chopped small sauté until they take a bit of color, then add the spaghetti and stir a bit. Add the cream cheese along with eggs and all well mixed.
After a few seconds and remove from heat.
