Rice with Lobster
Ingredients for 2 people
300 gr. Rice, 1,5 l. Chowder, 1 Lobster, 150 gr. Police, 150 gr. Ripe tomatoes, 150 gr. Onion, 10  gr. Garlic,  4 cl. Brandy,
1/2 Media guindilla, 1 Tablespoon natural coloring, 3 gr. salt, Extra virgin olive oil.
preparation
