Mass For Tacos (Mexico)
Ingredients for 4 people

80 gr. flour, 30 gr. butter, 5 gr. yeast, 2 gr. salt, warm water
Preparation
Place in a large bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. Add butter, at room temperature and cut into pieces; forms a dough by adding a little warm water. Mix well by kneading until the dough is smooth and tender. Then divide it into 8 pieces and form balls. Leave to stand for about fifteen minutes, in a dry place.
Then stretch each ball until they are about 20 cm. in diameter, which are all more or less equal.
Heat a nonstick skillet, and cook until golden studs. In the middle of cooking, turn the tacos to cook evenly.
