Marinated Clams
Ingredients for 4 people
1 kg of clams, 1 spring onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 glass of white wine, extra virgin olive oil, Chopped parsley
Preparation
Place the clams in a bowl with water to loosen the dirt (sand). While the onion and finely mince the garlic.
Sauté the vegetables in a pan with drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
When ready, add the flour and mix well until completely dissolved.
Stir in white wine and clams and keep in the heat until they open. Sprinkle with parsley, moves well.
