Kit Goat (Baifo) fried with garlic
Ingredients for 4 people
1.5 Kg Kid
120 gr. Garlic
20 cl. Olive oil
600 gr. potato
3 gr. Coarse salt
Preparation
We ask the butcher to chop us kid meat into small pieces.
In a pan put a good splash of olive oil, when you start taking heat we add the seasoned meat pieces, then peel them garlic and incorporate them to the pan, let it us nicely browned meat and take the gustito the garlic.
The dish is ready to serve.
