Homemade Meatloaf
Ingredients for 4 people
800 gr. minced meat, 500 gr. tomatoes, 10 cl. white wine, 2 Eggs, 150 gr. onion, 20 gr. flour,
20 gr. breadcrumbs, 10 gr. garlic, 3 gr. salt, saffron, 5 cl. Olive oil, water, parsley.
Preparation
You put the meat in a bowl with minced garlic and parsley, beaten egg, bread crumbs and salt and knead.
They make balls with your hands and are going through the flour and put in a pan with hot oil.
Reserve when fried.
In another pan put oil and fry the onion until golden, joins the peeled tomatoes and let it done medium heat.
