Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients for 4 people
600 gr. Spareribs
10 gr. garlic
15 cl, White Wine
5 cl. Olive oil
flour
parsley
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Peel the garlic and chop finite, Put a large frying pan with oil, we add the salt, pepper and harinamos chops (removing excess flour) and fry on one side first.
Then we turn and add the garlic and parsley, let it run out of fried and we put a little wine leaving them suabe fire fry 4 to 5 minutes, after this we turn around and leave five minutes.
