Crepes Stuffed With Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese
Ingredientes for 4 people
200 gr. smoked salmon, 200 gr. Cream cheese, 50 gr. Lemon juice, lettuce, parsley, 2 Loaves
For the mass of crepes
100 gr. flour, 15 cl. milk, 100 gr. butter, 2 Eggs
Preparation
We started preparing the mass of crepes: Melt butter and mix with milk. Then incorporate the remaining ingredients and beat with mixer. We introduce in the refrigerator and let rest for 20 minutes. Put a nonstick pan fire and greased with a little butter. Now pour some mass and moving the pan so that it is distributed over the entire surface.
