Ingredients for 1000 gr
300 gr. Millet flour (corn), 180 gr. Wheat, 140 gr. Rye flour, 250 cl. water, 10 gr. salt, 30 gr. Yeast Bread
Preparation
The first step is the preparation of the ingredients, the first is the meal that is ready once shaped volcano , add the dissolved yeast water in the cavity left in the half .
