Colombia Fritters
Serves: 8/10 servings
480 gr. Fresh cheese, grated, 100 gr. Cornmeal, 2 eggs, beaten, 25 cl. milk, 15 gr. sugar, Oil
Preparation
Put the flour, milk, beaten eggs, sugar and cheese in a slingshot and mix well, until the dough is just right and smooth. If we need more flexible dough, add a little more milk.
Sprinkle flour on a surface and make small balls. Fritters fry in abundant oil. The cast when it begins to smoke. They will be ready in a few minutes when the outside is browned, but not burned.
The we drain well with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl on absorbent kitchen paper.
