Chicken Pie (Bolivia)
Ingredients for the dough
8 cups flour, 2 Eggs, 1 Liter warm boiled water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, Tablespoons melted butter
Jigote ingredients
Shredded Chicken 1kg,  1/2 kg ground beef,  2 onions, finely chopped, 1/2 cup broth, 2 boiled eggs sliced, 8 kg chopped cooked potatoes and diced, 2 Spoons ground yellow pepper, salt, pepper, oregano, finely chopped parsley.
1/2 liter of oil
Preparation
Mix all dough ingredients until completely smooth, stretching on flour dusted, leave the dough in warm place for two hours.
the jigote
Saute onion in hot oil, along with pepper, salt, oregano, parsley and yellow pepper.
The pre-fried meat with salt to taste, make it cook along with the broth.
Mix all ingredients prepared with jigote and cool.
When the dough is ready divide in portions to contain the jigote and place in each enough, adding one or two slices of egg and olives, paint the edge of the dough with egg white or milk to adhere well tighten repulgue and quite thick.
Fry in hot oil, covering half of the pie.
Serve hot.
