Canarian black pig chops with sauce
Ingredients for 4 people
8 pig chops, 10 cl. olive oil 2 red bell pepper, 2 green peppers, 2 onions, 4 garlic teeth,
a little ground cumin and oregano, 1 bay leaf.
Preparation
