 Braised lentils
Ingredients for 4 people
350 gr. Lentils, 50 gr. Onion, 50 gr. Green pepper, 50 gr. Ripe tomato, 5 g. Garlic, 50 gr. Carrot, 1 bay leaf,
1 tablespoon paprika, 100 gr. Garlic sausage, 100 gr. Bacon, black pepper, 5 cl, extra virgin olive oil, 3 gr. Sea salt.
Preparation
In a pot put the water, lentils, bacon, sausage and when it begins to boil we add a little cold water to scare them and let them continue boiling.
We rehash in a pan put a little oil on the fire and we add the garlic, onion and when are you going incorporating poached thyme, bay leaf, paprika, chopped tomato brunoise and let it stew. When the lentils are tender and we take the carrots and waited for the vegetables are half cooked, we add rehash with saffron, salt, potatoes and expect that guise.
