Bolognese Sauce
Ingredients for 4 people
600 gr. Ground beef, 300 gr. carrots, 150 gr. onion, 200 gr. celery,
1/2 gr. nutmeg, 5   cl. Olive oil, 100 gr. butter, 30  cl. Homemade tomato sauce,15  cl. red wine, 3   gr. Coarse salt, 1  bay leaf.
Preparation
Cook in a pan with a little water, oil, carrots, bay leaves, celery and onions. When the water dries and the vegetables are cooked, add the meat and continue stewing.
Add wine and let it evaporate, then add the butter, allow it to dissolve and pour homemade tomato sauce and a little nutmeg. Let simmer for about 45 minutes or so to reduce the sauce a bit and gets denser.
