Black Chocolate Mousse (France)
Ingredients for 4 people
150 gr. black chocolate, 30 gr. butter, 4 eggs, 80 gr. sugar, 10 cl. liqueur, Chocolate chips
Preparation
Undo the chocolate and butter in a double boiler stirring gently. Once destroyed, add the sugar and the egg yolks gradually, stirring constantly. Then, add the liqueur. Let cool and, meanwhile, rides the egg whites until stiff and add them to the chocolate, mixing well. Divide the mousse into individual cups and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours, at least.
Finally, garnish with chocolate shavings, if you like, with a few mint leaves.
