Black Beans with Sausage
Ingredients for 4 people
600 gr. pinto beans, 1 pig ear clean, 150 gr. sausage, 50 gr. green pepper, 50 gr. ripe tomato, 30 gr. Garlic,
1 piece of ham hock, 100 gr. onion, 50 gr. carrots, 10 gr. flour, 1/2 gr. paprika, 10 cl. Ketchup, 3 cl. Olive oil, 3 gr. Coarse salt.
Preparation
The night before, put to soak the black beans with water and salt.
