Mousse black and white (France)
Ingredients for 4 people
75 gr. black chocolate, 75 gr. white chocolate, 30 gr. butter, 4 eggs, 80 gr. sugar, 10 cl. liqueur, Chocolate chips
Preparation
Undo the chocolate and butter in a double boiler stirring carefully. Once undone, add sugar and beaten egg yolks gradually, stirring constantly. Then, add the liqueur. Let cool and, meanwhile, rides the egg whites until stiff and add them to the chocolate, mixing well. Divide the mousse into individual cups and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours, at least.
Finally, garnish with chocolate shavings, if you will, with a few mint leaves.
