Beef with peppers and rice
Ingredients
200 gr. Long grain rice, Two steaks cut into strips, 1 green pepper, 2 tablespoons soy sauce,
1 teaspoon sugar, Sunflower oil, salt
Preparation
Sauté green pepper cut into strips in the wok after having taken a little sunflower oil. We put a little salt and a tablespoon of sugar.
Boil the rice in a pot with water and a little salt. When cooked, it sneaked and reserve.
When well browned pepper, toss the beef cut into strips and cook for about minutes.And we add a little soy sauce and mexclamos well. Then put the rice in the middle of the plate and around the meat with peppers.
