Ingredients for 4 people
100 gr. Flour, 100 gr. Butter, 1 gr. Pepper, 1 l. Milk, 2 gr. salt
Preparation
Put in a pot to simmer the butter and when melted, add the flour and mixed up well to leave no lumps. Then, add the hot milk slowly, stirring constantly. After you add the milk is left to fire suabe 10 or 15 minutes or so, making sure it does not stick, add salt and pepper.
