Ingredients for 4 people
500 gr. beans, 200 gr. Prosciutto, 4 Eggs, 3 gr. garlic, 150 gr. onion, 3 cl. Olive oil, salt, Oregano, 20 cl. Beef broth
Saute onion in olive oil in a pot on. When browned add the peeled and washed beans. Add some beef broth to become vapor. Lower the heat and cover everything well. Cook slowly and stir occasionally to also be fried. When tender add ham cubes and then cascamos eggs on beans and ham, correct salt, stir and add oregano.
