Ingredients for 4 people
1 kg Potatoes, Butter 50 gr, 200 gr Onion, Water, salt, pepper and parsley
Preparation
First peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices like the song of a euro coin, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the onion into thin strips and put in a pan with 50g butter. For a few minutes the sauté until soft but not colored.
In a pan, put a layer of potatoes and onions on top. We continue like this, a layer of potatoes and an onion on until exhausting
all. We begin and end with a layer of potatoes.
Add the butter that is left over and ended up with water to the top of the potatoes. Cover with baking paper and put a weight on top, pressing the potatoes.
In a preheated oven at 180 º C, we introduce the potatoes and bake for at least 30 minutes.
