Avocado with Prawns
Ingrediendentes for 4 people
4  Ripe avocados, 300 gr. Peeled prawns
Pink Sauce
1/4 Orange Juice, 100 gr. Mayonnaise, 3   gr. ketchup, 1   cl. Lemon juice, 1/2 cl. Brandy
Preparation
Boil the prawns in boiling water with salt and half a lemon for 30 seconds. The pulled from the boiling water, the refresh in ice water, and drain when cooled.
Cut the avocados in half and took the bone and filled the gap with prawns after removing the shells and added the sauce.
Pink Sauce
In a bowl mix some ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, orange juice and brandy.
Decorate as you like.
