Ingredients
12 Egg Whites, 3 egg yolks, 300 gr. flour, 350 gr. sugar, Big Lemon Zest,  Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
In a clear container mounted ten sugar until stiff and separately, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar, and mix. You add the flour gradually and lemon zest, stir slowly until dough is smooth.
Put the dough into the mold, which should be buttered and lined with baking paper. Bake at moderate heat about 90 minutes or less and 150 ° and when the cake is done, allow to cool and cut into chunks rectangular arrays.
When almost done, beat in remaining whites, until stiff, with zuno lemon and sugar. And with a pastry brush, paint the surface of the cake and bake a little longer.
