Briwat

Ingredients
Mince, Chopped onion, Chopped pimento, Chopped parsley, Ginger, Pepper, Salt, 1 Cinnamon stick, July 1 pinch seasoning spices, Olive oil.

Preparation
Chop the onion and bell pepper brunoise and sauté in a pan with a little olive oil, add the cinnamon stick. Once blanched onion, remove the cinnamon stick, add the minced meat until chips, season to taste separate. Add the spices, turn off heat and finally add the chopped parsley.
Assembly of briwats
Brik gets one sheet, cut in half and then making a semicircle toward the curved portion is folded flat. On one side you put a tablespoon of the dough and goes by folding triangles. The last part is coated with egg yolk that we will separate the clear. This will make it stick and seal the dough.
Once all the triangles are facts we heat the oil. The Briwat fry until golden.
